Quality Inspector – Greenville, SC

TC Services, a national leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Position Details:

This position requires a dedicated and flexible individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

This position will have the use of a company vehicle and company gas card each day to use while doing inspections.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (35-40 hours per week)
• Pay Rate: $17 - $19 per hour depending on experience (paid weekly)
• Location: Greenville, SC (home office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly inspections at assigned customer locations and complete detailed inspection reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Identify and recommend additional services based on customer needs and facility conditions.
• Assist with onboarding new customer accounts, including walkthroughs, site setup, and first inspections.
• Verify employee training documentation and ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards.
• Monitor compliance with customer specifications and company quality expectations.
• Report inspection results, customer feedback, and quality metrics during weekly meetings.
• Assist customers with Cleantelligent software as needed.
• Maintain assigned company equipment, vehicles, and electronic devices.
• Travel throughout assigned territories, including overnight travel when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Be able to travel to long distances
• Must complete the E-Verify process
• Valid Drivers License required
• Ability to walk long distances with no issues.
• Must be at least 21 years old
